SHIPPING 
Accurate shipping times are displayed on each product page. All U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS priority mail. All international orders to Canada will be shipped USPS International 6-10 day.

RETURN & REFUND POLICIES 
We do not offer a refund or exchange for personalized items unless it is a mistake that we made. If the buyer has provided incorrect information for the text on the sign, we regret that we cannot refund or exchange the sign. Knots and wood grain will vary from piece to piece. It simply shows the natural characteristics within the wood. These characteristics are not considered defects and we cannot refund for this reason.

We do not recommend placing outdoors in the direct elements. Exposure to moisture, sun, and wind will cause damage over time. If using outdoors, protection from elements is strongly recommended. Long-term outdoor use is at the buyer’s risk. Signs damaged from outdoor exposure are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements.
